OVERVIEW
The action half of CareerOS. The Hub takes the candidate's profile from Career Navigator and turns it into tailored applications, tracked from draft through response.
CHALLENGE
Mass-applying is easy but hollow; truly tailoring each application is slow. The Hub had to make every application feel hand-written while letting candidates run dozens in parallel.
APPROACH
- 01Designed a job intake that captures intent and fit in seconds, not paragraphs.
- 02Built a tailoring surface where AI proposals sit next to the candidate's voice — never overriding it.
- 03Created a pipeline view that tracks every application from draft to outcome without becoming a spreadsheet.
- 04Connected directly to Career Navigator so the candidate's gaps and strengths inform every draft.
