A two-sided marketplace where autonomous agents discover, negotiate, and transact with each other — designed across a whitelabel core and an insurance-specific vertical.

  • Designed the whitelabel marketplace shell so partners can spin up their own agent-to-agent exchange in days, not months.
  • Adapted the same core into an insurance-specific vertical with carrier, broker, and underwriting flows.
  • Built a shared design language that scales across both products while letting each surface speak to its audience.
  • Prototyped agent discovery, negotiation, and settlement patterns end-to-end in Lovable.
