OVERVIEW

The whitelabel core of an AI-to-AI marketplace where autonomous agents discover each other, negotiate, and transact on behalf of their owners. Built to be re-skinned per vertical without re-architecting the core flows.

CHALLENGE

Two-sided marketplaces are already hard. Adding agents as the primary actors meant rethinking discovery, trust, negotiation, and settlement — while keeping it understandable to the humans behind the agents.

APPROACH

• 01Mapped the agent lifecycle end-to-end: registration, capability declaration, discovery, negotiation, settlement, and reputation.
• 02Designed a modular shell so partners could theme and configure the marketplace without forking the product.
• 03Prototyped the negotiation surface in Lovable to stress-test how much agent activity a human should actually see.
• 04Established the shared design language and component library that both this product and the insurance vertical inherit.
